After planning her wedding in 2001, Leslie began to dream about what a wonderful opportunity it would be to assist others in planning their weddings. Over the years, she has planned, designed, researched and assisted with numerous weddings, anniversaries and fund-raising events. Ten years later, with many testimonials from happy couples and Wedding Belle designs featured in renowned bridal publications, Leslie's dream has become a reality. Leslie prides herself not only on being a designer, coordinator and consultant but on being an advocate for her clients as well.
Leslie is a distinguished graduate of the Association of Bridal Consultants development program, the only program dedicated exclusively to serving wedding professionals and brides worldwide, since 1955. Having graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a 16 year career in dance, choreography and theater, her background is well-rounded and enables Leslie to serve her clients in every aspect of the planning process.
Emily Griffin, Wedding & Event Planner

Emily joined The Wedding Belle in February of 2007. After working throughout college in various roles in the hospitality industry, she recognized that event and wedding planning in particular was the area that she was most passionate about. To have the opportunity to be a part of the most important day in a couple's life is a rare and often challenging opportunity. But for Emily there is no greater reward than seeing the happiness she can create when she makes their dreams a reality.
Emily graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2006 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Studio Art/Architectural Studies. Emily grew up just west of Boston and currently resides in Providence, RI. Emily has spent four seasons with The Wedding Belle as a Wedding Assistant and is very excited to be continuing her journey with The Wedding Belle as a full Wedding and Events Coordinator. Emily is currently completing a development program with the Association of Bridal Consultants and will be heading up The Wedding Belle's expansion in Greater Boston, Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Danielle Hornsby, Chief of Marketing Communications & Event Assistant

Danielle joined The Wedding Belle in February of 2007 after longing for a career as a wedding coordinator. With a background in marketing and a passion for weddings, Danielle settled right into her role as an assistant coordinator. Whenever a wedding ended, Danielle wanted more! She started sending photos to her friends and talking about the weddings on facebook. Now she is the author of our blog and naturally - heading up our marketing efforts!
Danielle graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. After 3 years of wedding coordination and design and the birth of her son, she is so excited to continue her journey with The Wedding Belle as the new Chief of Marketing Communications. Melissa Giamberardino, Director of Sales

Melissa has recently joined The Wedding Belle in fall of 2010. After having Leslie plan her wedding in September 2010, Melissa was intrigued by the event planning industry and decided this was a career move she longed for. She has worked in the IT field for over 10 years and has wanted to take things in a different direction for her future. She is currently the Director of Sales and loving every minute of her new found career.
Melissa loves meeting with new brides, connecting with vendors, and laughing with her fellow Belles! She is so excited to begin this stage in her life, not only with her new husband Bernie but her new position at the Wedding Belle.
Rachael Karpman, "Everything Girl"
Rachael joined The Wedding Belle as an intern in May of 2010. Somewhere in 2011 her role switched to Leslie's "everything girl" as she helped Leslie organize the office and took on roles outside of the usual internship. Her previous internship with a caterer provided her with a great background to help Leslie and the other Belles make bride's special day the best it can be. Working with The Wedding Belle has allowed her to meet so many amazing families and be a part of their important days, as well as get to spend time with the most fabulous boss.
Rachael is a senior at Bryant University with a double major in Marketing and Management and a minor in Communication. Rachael's future after graduation is undecided at the moment, but she knows she'll always be a Belle at heart, or whenever Leslie calls!
