- On-site appointment 1 month prior to the wedding date
- Available via phone or e-mail to answer questions
- Rehearsal Director if your ceremony is on the property
- Wedding Day Ceremony Director if your ceremony is on the property
- Wedding Day Reception Director (average of 10 hours)
- 1-2 Wedding Day Assistants (average of 12 hours)
- Coordination of
- The Processional and Recessional order if your ceremony is on the property
- The Ceremony seating plans for family and VIP's if your ceremony is on the property
- The Ceremony Rehearsal if your ceremony is on the property
- Creation of Day-of Schedule, including set-up and breakdown
- Creation of Tent Layout with seating chart
- Creation of Wedding Worksheet
- All final details with Vendors
- All final Vendor confirmations
- Wedding Day Coordination of
- Set-up and breakdown of all chairs, tables, etc. per seating chart
- Linen placement
- Greeting Vendors
- The set-up of décor wedding items (favors, place cards, etc.) per instructions
- The distribution of final payments/gratuity as needed to Vendors
- Late arriving guests (Greet & Direct to appropriate seating)
- The wedding party for Ceremony Processional if your ceremony is on the property
- Ceremony Cues if your ceremony is on the property
- Reception activities with the D.J., Band or M.C.
- The scheduling of activities per the timeline
- The gifts to a designated Car
