Dear Leslie and the other "Wedding Belles",

                After getting engaged, finding a great coordinator was my first and highest priority. I definitely made the right choice - asking you all to play a very integral role in my big day. I cannot thank you enough for taking charge and bearing most of the burden and stress associated with a looming wedding - especially during the hectic holiday season. Thank you for bringing everything and everyone together seamlessly so that I could actually enjoy the whole thing. Without you, I would have definitely eloped! Thank You!!!

***Hiring a coordinator for the month before. She arranged all the vendors, made sure I didn't forget about anything, & insured that the day ran smoothly. My mom & I were able to be guests rather than "go to" people. The best money we spent.

                Thank you so much for all of your help with the wedding - you were such a wonderful support throughout the process! We've just gotten back from an amazing honeymoon and now off to enjoy life as Mr & Mrs Potter…Best of luck to you with all your upcoming weddings!

                We had a wonderful time at our wedding and couldn't have asked for anything more! Everything went so smoothly and looked beautiful - and we have you all to thank.                I loved the entire experience and weekend and loved that I didn't have to worry about anything. Although I am a worrier, so I only worried a little bit. I think you guys did a fabulous job and any thing that I mentioned that day, like different music to walk out to and dance to, was taken care of as if I had asked a week earlier. Having the professional assistance of the Wedding Belle was a fantastic blessing for our wedding. We could not have asked for better service than what we received from you all. Thank you!

                We cannot begin to thank you enough for our wonderful wedding experience. It has been so much fun planning the past year. The best part about this is that we gained a great friend out of all of this. Here is to many more years of fun!

                The greatest day of our lives could not have been possible without you!  From the moment we started working with you, you were able to somehow make all of the stress of planning fun.  Your ideas and creativity helped make our wedding so enjoyable to our guest.  For me, you were a true blessing.  I feel like you were a friend to David and I , and we will never be able to thank you and your assistant enough.  Truly, we have received unending compliments about what a wonderful wedding it was and a huge factor in that was you.  And, thank goodness the sun came out too!  You are one of the most professional, organized, people I have met with a wonderful spirit.  Words can’t say enough. 

                Now that things have settled down for us and we have had time to reflect back on our entire wedding experience, we cannot help but be reminded of all the help you provided us.  When we first met with you we were behind in our planning.  You had the best attitude of anyone we met with right from the beginning and it was a simple decision to choose you to help us make our wedding everything we dreamed of.  That was a decision we never regretted!  We met often in the beginning to get us on track with less than nine months to the big day.  Once we had all of our vendors booked, something very surprising happened.  Even though we started behind schedule, after about two months of focused meetings, we found ourselves with down time in the planning.  We were caught up and had about two months to just daydream of how great everything would turn out.

                I cannot begin to tell you how much of a help you were to us.  The biggest help would have to be the timelines that you were constantly updating and providing us to make sure that nothing was left to the last minute to stress us out.  We originally decided to hire a wedding planner because we were having an outdoor wedding at a private residence and the thought of possibly neglecting something important in regards to the weather was a bit frightening.  This is New England after all and we know enough to try our best to be prepared for anything.  That being said, I would recommend your services to anyone regardless of where and when it will happen.  Your services were absolutely priceless to us.  You made every single decision easier because of your experience and knowledge.  You really kept us focused on what would be important to us on our Big Day. 

                Speaking of the Big Day, I never would have expected the calm that came over me before the rehearsal dinner.  I was actually able to go to lunch with my wedding party and get ready for the rehearsal with no stress.  That means so much to me!  I showed up and saw the tent set up and everything we had planned taking shape, and I was overwhelmed with joy, but no stress in sight.  Everything went so unbelievably smoothly that I am still surprised by it almost 3 months after the fact.  I did not come out to the wedding site until just before the ceremony even though I was only 10 feet away, because I KNEW that everything was under control.  Once I saw how everything came together I was overwhelmed with emotion.  Everything looked better that I could have hoped.  It was exactly as we had envisioned and the entire day went off without any sort of problems at all.  I heard friends say several times that it was the best wedding they had ever been to.  I can absolutely say that it was the best wedding John and I could hope for.  It was everything we wanted; bright and colorful and yet relaxed and fun, very Caribbean.  Thank you for all of your help and all of your hard work.  You went above and beyond what we could have hoped for every step of the way.  You were a blessing that we never could have expected.  You are forever entwined with our memories of our wedding and we cherish all of those memories. 

                I just wanted to tell you how happy we are that we chose you as our coordinator.  You were so very helpful but also professional and very personable.  You really have a gift for what you are doing and I am so glad that we met eachother.  Like I said to you many times, when we spoke I felt like I was speaking to a friend not just my coordinator.  You really put a lot of time and effort into our wedding being sure that no detail was left behind.  You always kept your cook even when I am sure that I was annoying you with all of “checks and double checks”!  You were definitely worth every penny and then some.  I am sure that our wedding day would not have been nearly as perfect as it was without you and your staff there to assist.  Thank you again for everything!!

                Thank you very much for your tremendous effort to make Ashley’s wedding a fabulous event for all of us.  To name a few:

                We really appreciate the time and effort you spent making sure all of the details were taken care of on our wedding day.  You really did a terrific job which enabled us to relax and enjoy the day.  As we found out through this process, it’s the details that require the most attention and we were so happy that you were there for us!  Best wishes on your continued success as the wedding belle!

                Thank you again for all of your work to Carl and Amy’s wedding so beautiful.  I think they were thrilled with the tent layout, the flowers and the flow of the entire day.  Thank you for keeping us all on schedule.  It was truly a remarkable day.

                I can not find the words to adequately express the depth of my gratitude to you and Melissa for making my wedding day the happiest day of my life.  You know, I ‘m not one of those girls who has spent years dreaming of her wedding day.  I really only started imagining my wedding about a year ago. As my vision of how I wanted the day to go developed I did start to fantasize about what a happy day it would be for me and Anthony and our guest.  In my wildest dreams I could not have imagined a day like we experienced on Saturday.  It was SO fun, SO romantic, SO amazing, SO incredible!  I don’t think we’ve stopped smiling yet.  I’m still on cloud 9…so is Anthony.  It would not have been the fantastic day that it was without you and all that you did for us.  I didn’t worry about a thing that day, not ONE thing!  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  You worked so hard.  I’m amazed at your stamina…not to mention your attention to detail and your grace under pressure.  You are surely in the right profession.

This letter shall serve as a reference for Leslie Barbini and The Wedding Belle.  I engaged Leslie’s services this past summer to help coordinate my daughter’s wedding.

Leslie went above and beyond, patient with my daughter who tended not to return phone calls or make decisions. 

Leslie coordinated all of the arrangements with us seeking our thoughts and providing advice when needed.  She handled all of the hassles with the resort, always going the extra mile with a smile.

She was easy to work with and always available when an issue surfaced that required resolution.  No problem or concern was too small.  She even arranged doggy day care and worked us to ensure that the dog’s role in the wedding went smoothly.

I cannot emphasize how much I appreciated her knowledge and expertise and I highly recommend her services to anyone wanting to make their wedding plans stress free and as perfect as possible.

Leslie was an integral part of making my daughter’s day truly one to remember.

                Leslie was our wedding coordinator in July of 2006.  First of all, when Leslie is there you finally feel, amongst all the chaos of planning the biggest day of your life, that everything is going to be all right (she’ll keep telling you that until you believe her).  Leslie has an impeccable eye for detail, she will think of things you didn’t even know existed, or would normally take for granted.  She is fantastic at flawlessly pulling everything together from behind the scenes, but when you need her she’s right there, whether its’ to help you to the ladies room or rub grass stains out of your dress.  I honestly don’t know now how we could have pulled off such an amazing day without her.  I can sincerely say Leslie is the best there is!

Don and I can't thank you enough for all you did to make Jodi and Shawn's wedding such a success. Everything ran so smoothly.  Quite a few of my friends remarked about how calm I was and I had to point to you each time.

Where do I begin?  From the very beginning you took charge and made life so much easier for me and especially for Jodi.. You had such a calming effect on her!  The appointment schedules with the various inns and restaurants were great.  Same with the florists and the photographers.  You covered all the bases with ease and a smile on your face.  The most helpful was the spread sheet with the price comparisons.  Don especially liked that!

On the day of the wedding you organized, directed and took care of the details in a subtle way and always with a smile!  The reception was the best.  Don and I enjoyed the time as did all our guests.  You were there for all the details and everything ran smoothly. Just think, I have 2 more wedding to plan!! 

Again, thank you for your professionalism and ability to deal with the bride!  Our special event was one we all enjoyed due to your hard work.
